This is to help decrease likelihood of failure due to lower processing times. Failures at these low values can make users incorrectly think the code was broken

Added Automatic Testing for Python 3.14 to make sure code works on the latest even numbered version of Python 3

Tests needed to be updated - Specifically increasing num_of_generations & data_size and decreasing root_precision to 2 to avoid minor unlucky chances of the tests failing due to "bad" runs which are because of speed focused settings rather than accuracy focused settings.
